Our policy is valid for 15 days. Unfortunately, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase in order to make a return.
Refunds (if applicable).
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email confirming that we have received the item. We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or deny your request for a refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you have not yet received your refund, please first double check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially displayed.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is indicated.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sorry, sold out items cannot be refunded.
Exchange (if applicable)

Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you returned the item.

You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
