Shipping

The delivery costs are borne by the user and will be communicated to the customer when confirming his order.

If you enter the delivery addresses without abbreviations and with complete details when checking out, you can be sure that your parcels will reach you more quickly.

Delivery is guaranteed by DHL.

7,5€ for orders under 70€ in Germany. (Free for orders over 70€)

11,5€ for orders under 100€ in EU countries. (Free for orders over 100€)

20€ for orders under 165€ in the UK. (Free for orders over 165€)


For each order placed, packages will be prepared within 1 day(s) from Monday to Friday from DHL.

In Germany

All orders placed before 10am will be delivered the next day before 1pm throughout Germany within 1-2 days.

In EU

All orders received before 10am will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

Return and exchange

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen days. This period begins with the receipt of your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but in case of an exchange, we will give you the shipping costs for your new order.

To avoid any risk of breakage, any return of an order must be sent back in its original packaging to the following address:
